Memory Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. The only memory & storage medium specialist in the local IT industry, completed 5 years of operations on the 1st of July 2003.
Established in 1998 the company placed it’s focus firmly on carving a niche in the IT industry. The void for a Specialist supplier of quality memory products for computers presented the ideal opportunity.
In 1999 one year after commencing operations the company made a landmark achievement by entering into a partnership with Kingston Technology Corp. USA the worlds leading memory supplier. The company could now offer the local IT industry a quality brand, which was backed by a lifetime warranty and was cost effective in comparison to OEM memory.

Currently Mem-Tec has established it’s own web site www.memory.lk & continue to make efforts to make it more user friendly & interactive for users, A monthly news letter “RAMBUZZ” the 1st of it’s kind in Sri Lanka has also been launched & has been in circulation since July 2003.
The company’s long term vision is to put Sri Lanka on the global IT map on the scale of countries like Taiwan which is considered as the hardware hub for Asia, by establishing a memory manufacturing & Distribution point in Sri Lanka.
